Manker Patten Tennis Club
In 2006 we completed a total renovation of the Zan Gurrey Clubhouse for the historical Manker Patten Tennis Club, located on the banks of the Tennessee River in Downtown Chattanooga, TN. This 6,000 square foot complex is complete with a full service pro shop, fitness room, lounge and dining area, and locker rooms. Not just a tennis complex, the scenic views and beautiful construction of Zan Gurrey Clubhouse is perfect for hosting a multitude of events including weddings, receptions, and private parties. In addition to this project, our past work for Manker Patten includes a 31,000 square foot indoor tennis facility located adjacent to the clubhouse that houses 5 hard courts.
The Champions Club
The Champions Club is a high quality, public access tennis club located near Downtown Chattanooga, TN. Our build for this club features a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with all the amenities: locker rooms, lounge areas, offices, and a full service pro shop. Surrounding the complex are 26 hard courts with bleachers that are used for recreational play as well as national and regional tournaments held throughout the year.
Hamilton Family YMCA
Construction for this 41,000 square foot YMCA facility located in the East Brainerd area of Chattanooga, TN was completed in 1998 and features an indoor heated pool, basketball courts, workout facility, and all the other amenities expected of a full service YMCA.
University of Tennessee - Tom Black Track
The Tom Black Track at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville is home of the Vols and Lady Vols Track and Field competitions, and has hosted many other prestigious events such as multiple SEC Championships, NCAA National and Regional Chamionshios, and USA National Championships.
